Antidust half-mask ShB-1 Lepestok
Anti-dust half-masks ShB-1 "Lepestok " are intended for individual protection of respiratory organs from radioactive, toxic, bacterial and other dangerous aerosols in placements, underground works and in the open air.
Anti-dust half-masks "Lepestok" depending on assignment and operational performance are divided into three types: "Lepestok - 200", "Lepestok - 40", "Lepestok - 5". The number put at the end of the marking of anti-dust half-masks, indicates maximal possible overflows of allowable concentrations of high disperse aerosols, at which one it is recommended to use an anti-dust half-masks.

Anti-dust half-masks "Lepestok - 200" and "Lepestok - 40" used as a means of protecting the respiratory organs from radioactive, especially toxic (uranium, beryllium, lead, etc.), viruses and bacterial matter, and "Lepestok - 5" used in highly toxic environments, are facilities of expendable operating, and after exploitation during one working shift must be discarded.
Depending on the performances of aerosols, the selection of half-masks is recommended to be carried out according to the table presented below.

The color of marking is applied to coloring one of structural elements of a half- mask (outboard the internal circle, brace, ribbons) is abrupt. At absence of the painted structural elements drawing marking is enabled according to the table on one of structural elements of half- masks (ribbon, outboard circle).
Depending on the performances of aerosols, the selection of half- masks is recommended to be carried out according to mentioned below by the table.

The notice: Classification of aerosols by size (meaning of a particles diameter) is accepted as follows:
High dispersal - less than 0.1-0.2 microns
Middle dispersal - from 0.1-0.2 up to 2 microns
Coarse dispersal - 2 microns and more.
The conformity of anti-dust half-masks to the requirements of the technical conditions is guaranteed in the case of the observance by the consumer of external environments and storage.
The warranty period for storage as of the date of fabrication of half-masks is 5 years.
