Replaceable filtering elements to antiaerosol half-masks type RPA
Filtering elements are intended for clearing air of various kinds of industrial dust (coal, mining, silicate, cotton, textile, powder fertilizers, etc.) at a dust content from 200 mg/m3 and are applied to acquisition antiparticles half-masks masks (such as RPA).
The filtering element represents the corrugated body from 3-layer material, one of strata - filtering material such as FP, another – a protective layer from a gauze or non-woven material, third – a carcass from appretted gauze or non-woven material.
Depending on the type of filtering material, the filtering element provides security of the maiden or second extent.

CHARACTERISTICS
1. Mass of a filtering member - no more than 20 g.
2. Initial resistance of filtering element to constant rate of air, Pа, no more:
FP-110 – 50, FP-210 - 40
3. Performance of filtering of particles with an average diameter of 0.28-0.34 microns at a filtration rate of 1cm/s, %: FP-110 - 99.9, FP-210 - 99
4. Floor space of filtering - 500 cm2
5. Dust capacity - not less than 4 g.
Durability of filtering element - from 3 up to 12 working shifts (under condition of their reactivation after each shift). The reactivation of the filtering element is carried out without withdrawal from a cartridge; by drying at a temperature not higher than 45?С with subsequent shaking for the removal of the released dust.
Filtering elements should be operated according to by “Description and maintenance instruction” on half-masks RРА-1 and RРА-1M.
Warranty period for the storage of screens - 3 years from the date of fabrication in the case of observance by the consumer of requirements for external environments, transportation and storage.
